For better maneuverability, the Q4 e-tron 45’s turning circle is 4.5 feet tighter than the Cayenne Turbo GT’s (33.5 feet vs. 38 feet). The Q4 e-tron 55’s turning circle is 2 feet tighter than the Cayenne Coupe’s (37.7 feet vs. 39.7 feet).

The design of the Audi Q4 e-tron amounts to more than styling. The Q4 e-tron offers aerodynamic coefficients of drag from .3 to .31 Cd (depending on bodystyle and options). That is significantly lower than the Cayenne Coupe (.34 to .35) and many sports cars. A more efficient exterior helps keep the interior quieter and helps the Q4 e-tron get better fuel mileage.
Passenger Space
The Q4 e-tron has .3 inches more front headroom and .1 inches more front legroom than the Cayenne Coupe.
Cargo Capacity
The Q4 e-tron has a much larger cargo volume than the Cayenne Coupe with its rear seat up (24.8 vs. 20.9 cubic feet).
Ergonomics
The Q4 e-tron has a standard remote vehicle starting system, so the vehicle can be started from inside the driver's house. This allows the driver to comfortably warm up the engine before going out to the vehicle. The climate system will also automatically heat or cool the interior. The Cayenne Coupe doesn’t offer a remote starting system.
If the windows are left open on the Q4 e-tron the driver can close all of them at the outside door handle or from a distance using the remote. On a hot day the driver can lower the windows from a distance using the keyless remote. The driver of the Cayenne Coupe can only operate the windows from inside the vehicle, with the ignition on.
To improve rear visibility by keeping the rear window clear, the Q4 e-tron has a standard rear wiper. The Cayenne Coupe doesn’t offer a rear wiper.
To shield the driver and front passenger’s vision over a larger portion of the windshield and side windows, the Q4 e-tron has standard extendable sun visors. The Cayenne Coupe doesn’t offer extendable visors.
Model Availability
The Q4 e-tron is available in both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations. The Cayenne Coupe doesn’t offer a two-wheel drive configuration.
